Biography

Gregory Gapare is a pre-eminent Zimbabwean authority in branding and reputation management. Gregory has had a profound, sustained and distinguished contribution to branding in Zimbabwe and shaping a positive narrative for the Southern African nation in a career that spans a decade building brands across Southern Africa.
Building on a distinguished corporate career that started at TelOne Zimbabwe, to managing brands in the Banking sector, Motor industry and Construction sector. Gregory has purposefully committed his life to create and building competitive brand-led businesses. His role is to help brands navigate this ever-changing world, to remain focused and anticipate the market changes that the future will bring, identify their propositions and translate those into meaningful expressions across the entire organisation.
For this, Gregory leverages his own experience and knowledge, curiosity, instinct, and rigor, along with his ability to bring different parties together and align the organisation behind a common definition of brand success. Gregory strives to guide brands on this never-ending journey to attract and to belong, to be seen and heard, to bring a message from one place to another. Most importantly, to do all this while always being able to believe in that message, and engendering that belief in people too.
Gregory believes in the good of what organisations can do and that their brands are among the most valuable assets they have to stand out, to be seen and be heard.
